Big O Tires

Great service. Pulled in at 6 pm as they were closing they opened the door welcoming me in with a Smile. Doug took as much time as needed to listen, ask clarifying questions and to come up with a game plan for my car. Kyle gave me a ride home and my car was ready as promised the next day. They have always been honest about what is needed and in this day and time that is quite assuring. Job well done Big O tires!

Always friendly. And always helpful. Let me know what service was needed soon on my car. Two days later my daughter blew a tire on her car and they got us taken care of and back on the road in no time. I won’t take my car anywhere else. They are absolutely the BEST in town!

Our family had an emergency repair over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend. Big O was able to take care of our family's needs and get us back on the road to return home safely 🙏 I recommend BIG O to everyone who has a basic or emergency tire need. 😀

I had a great experience at Big O today, thanks to all of the guys who took care of me. Oddly enough I read the other reviews before posting and I was actually there when this guy Brandon J came in. I have to say he came In looking for a fight and was being completely unreasonable and unprofessional. I think the employee (probably Glenn) did the best he could at keeping his cool and trying to talk to this guy. So kudos to Glenn for staying mostly calm despite being screamed at by this guy. Love Big O, will definitely be back.
